Michael Glover LLP is a sole principal firm of Chartered Surveyors practising from our single office in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

The firm has two main strands to its professional practice;- rural market town commercial and agricultural land and property sales, management and professional work and, secondly, development associated work, particularly associated with residential building land promotion and planning application associated work, including the documentation of land option agreements, almost exclusively on behalf of private landowners.

Compensation claims and negotiations are undertaken on behalf of private landowners in respect of Compulsory Purchase acquisitions for road schemes, pipelines, electricity lines etc.

Rural and market town town residential property sales are undertaken.
